CentraCare’s Emergency Department is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality, direct patient care in our Western Region Emergency Departments in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville and Sauk Centre. This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting, utilizing advanced assessment skills while practicing within established protocols and regulatory standards.
APPs enjoy meaningful day-to-day clinical independence while collaborating closely with emergency physicians as part of a supportive, team-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license and make a real impact in community-focused emergency departments.
• Previous experience as a provider in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and be eligible for Minnesota licensure. Previous experience in emergency departments, urgent care, or family medicine is preferred.
