Surg Tech, Cardiovascular Surgery - ORMC CARDIO OR - Full Time / First Shift

Position Summary

• Demonstrates through clinical practice a clear understanding of sterile techniques and has a working knowledge of the specialized instrumentation and equipment required for a variety of specialty procedures.
• Demonstrates competency to operate all specialty instruments, supplies, and equipment to at least one tertiary specialty service.
• Performs patient care under the direction of the physician and supervision of the lead nurse in an ambulatory care setting.
