The Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) Therapist provides therapeutic functions aimed at helping patients meet their biopsychosocial needs and achieve optimal emotional health. This includes offering consultation, teaching, individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and referrals when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field, along with a specific New Mexico license such as LPC, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. A minimum of one year of clinical and chemical dependency counseling experience is preferred.
