The PAI Coordinator oversees the completion and submission of IRF-PAI data to CMS while ensuring compliance with documentation standards. They work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support high-quality patient care and provide staff education on PPS and quality indicators.
Applicants must hold a clinical degree and possess a current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or LCSW. The role requires strong attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance and data management.

The PAI Coordinator plays a key role within the rehabilitation team, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to support high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for overseeing quality and ensuring compliance with CMS documentation standards, while promoting accurate and timely data entry across the team. The PAI Coordinator also manages the submission of required data to CMS, ensuring all reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
