The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Veterans Court participants, managing their care and monitoring progress. Responsibilities include assessing participant needs, developing service plans, and presenting updates to the court team.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess experience working with mental health or substance use disorders. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a level II background check are also required.
The Veterans Court Case Manager is the single point of accountability and continuity of care for adult participants enrolled in the Veterans Court program. This role involves assessing needs, developing service plans, linking individuals to community resources, monitoring progress, and presenting case updates to the court team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving veterans, skilled in case management, and experienced in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Special Education, Health Education, or a related human services field with major coursework in the study of human behavior and development required. Experience working with adults with mental health (MH) and/or substance use disorders (SUD) required. Experience working with veterans preferred. Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test. Current driver’s license, insurance, operational vehicle, and safe driving record.
