He/She assembles charts in an established order, files all loose reports, performs release of information, retrieves and files records and abstracts/indexes patient health information. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of general medical terminology preferred One year in a health care related field, preferably in Health Information Management Typing minimum 40 wpm
