The Certified Nurse Assistant provides essential patient care, including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and vital sign monitoring under the direction of an RN. They also contribute to the nursing process by documenting care and assisting with clinical procedures.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have completed a 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course. An active Nebraska CNA license and American Heart Association BLS certification are required.
Contribute to the care plan via observation, data collection, and communication.
Provide basic patient care as delegated.
Contribute to evaluation through observation of responses and communication of findings. Job Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
