Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant Needed | Spanish Required We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. You’ll work directly with patients on prescribed therapy activities, help them stay on track with their goals, and support the supervising Physical Therapist with day-to-day treatment delivery. Spanish speaking is a must for this role.

• Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities

Assist patients with exercises and rehabilitation routines Follow treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist Observe patient performance and communicate updates Complete session notes and required documentation Provide support to Spanish-speaking patients and families Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active Florida PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Spanish speaking required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where patient connection and clear communication matter.
