Candidates must hold a valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach are required.

Deliver essential nursing care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care. Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety every step of the way. Collaborate closely with RNs and healthcare professionals to implement and update patient care plans effectively. Maintain precise and timely documentation to uphold high standards of care. Contribute to creating a welcoming and safe healthcare environment that puts patients first. Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program. Experience in healthcare settings is appreciated, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally important. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, caring demeanor. A team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment.
