Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to outpatient clinic patients to ensure safe and effective drug therapy. Coordinates clinical pharmacy applications and provides medication consults using critical thinking and technical skills.
Requires a pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the California Board of Pharmacy and a valid pharmacist license. Preferred qualifications include ambulatory care residency or clinical work experience and Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists certification.

Adventist Health Roseville is looking for Pharmacist, Ambulatory Care for Full-time 10-hour Day shift. We are looking for great individual who can work onsite to our location in Lodi, CA.
