The Locum MD will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including routine examinations, prenatal/postnatal management, and surgical procedures. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain accurate medical records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and an active medical license in Michigan. Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required, along with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to women, addressing various health issues, and ensuring positive patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support the department's goals and enhance the overall patient experience in our practice.
Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct routine examinations and health assessments Manage prenatal, postnatal, and gynecological care Perform surgical procedures as needed Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely medical records Stay updated on advancements in Ob/Gyn practices and technologies Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license to practice in the state of Michigan Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Strong clinical skills and experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development Previous experience in a locum or contract role is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Night and weekend call
