The therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents and adults while conducting level of care assessments. They are also responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with program standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field and have completed a clinical internship. Prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
Provide individual therapy to a caseload of adolescent and adult clients Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program schedule Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field Completion of a clinical internship Experience: Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
