The Certified Nurse Aide is responsible for performing resident rounds to ensure physical comfort, safety, and cleanliness while assisting with daily living activities. They must also maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accurately document resident care information.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and hold a valid nursing aide certificate and CPR certification. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for the majority of the shift.
