The LVN is responsible for administering prescribed treatments, monitoring resident status, and documenting acute episodes. They also supervise nurse aides and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure quality care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited nursing school, and a current Texas LVN license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for over 75% of the shift is required.
