The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients recover from injuries or surgeries. They will also monitor patient progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must hold an NM PT license and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Additionally, a Basic Life Support certification is required for this role.

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and exercises Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques Participate in continuous education and training programs
Requirements: NM PT license
