The Medical Assistant performs a variety of clinical and clerical tasks under the supervision of professional and registered nurses. They are responsible for providing effective patient care within the emergency department setting.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have graduated from an approved Medical Assistant program. At least one year of experience in a medical setting or two years of relevant work experience is required.
The Medical Assistant will perform variety of clinical/clerical duties and tasks under the supervisor of the professional and registered nurse to provide effective patients care.
