The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate, longitudinal care for patients with advanced cancer, focusing on symptom management and patient education. They will serve as a continuity anchor within an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care and supporting goals-of-care discussions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 3-4 years of experience in a clinical area such as oncology, geriatrics, or ICU. Additionally, 3-4 years of specific palliative care or hospice experience and CHPN certification are required.
