The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury, working within a home health team to focus on the patient's plan of care and personal goals. Responsibilities include assessing patients, establishing goals, assisting with exercises for motor skills, suggesting adaptive equipment, assessing fall risks, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license in Colorado and a minimum of one year of experience in home healthcare occupational therapy. Applicants are also required to have CPR Certification and must pass a background check and drug test, including testing for THC.
