The Hospice RN performs physical and psychosocial assessments on patients and manages pain through appropriate techniques and education. They also collaborate with physicians to initiate and update care plans while coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana with at least one year of hospice and RN experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are also required.
