Hospice Inpatient RN Part time Nights

Trustbridge Hospice, a proud part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Inpatient Care team at Bethesda East. You would work the following shift: Part time 2 days - 7pm - 7:30am with weekend availability

What you'll Do

• As an Inpatient RN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families through expert clinical care and heartfelt service.
• Support and carry out Trustbridge Hospice’s mission, vision, and values every day
• Coordinate comprehensive patient and family care under the direction of the primary physician
• Conduct thorough patient and family assessments
• Develop and manage the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) Care Plan
• Ensure seamless implementation and coordination of all interventions and services
• Place the comfort and dignity of patients and families as your highest priority
• Deliver consistently personalized, sincere, and engaging care
• Promptly and effectively address patient and family concerns
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
• Strive for complete patient and family satisfaction through exceptional nursing care

• What You'll Need
• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
• Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
