Perform a variety of complex and routine laboratory tests within the Hematology/Core Laboratory under supervisor guidance. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements while collaborating with other departments to provide high-quality patient care.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant science field and certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the New York State Education Department. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
Medical Laboratory Technologist to work in the Hematology/Core Laboratory under the direct supervision of supervisor. Will be responsible for performing a variety of complex and routine test within the Core Laboratory complying with all safety and regulatory requirement. Required to rotate weekends and scheduled holidays based on the needs of the department; participate in interdepartmental collaboration within the institution, to provide the highest quality patient care.
Bachelor of Science or master’s degree in science, Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an approved program. Certified as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, by New York State Education Department. One-year relevant clinical laboratory experience needed
