Locum NP (Nurse Practitioner) Pediatrics

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives Stay updated on best practices and pediatric care guidelines

Requirements

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice Experience in pediatric care or relevant clinical experience Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical care Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting

Flexible Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week

No call requirement

Duties: Typical bread-and-butter pediatric primary care

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
