RN - Registered Nurse

• Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the RN Hospice Field is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field.
• The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes.
• The RN Hospice Field utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family.
• The RN Hospice Field oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them.
• This includes providing supervision for the LPN’s and CNA’s, and other assigned staff in the field.
• The RN Hospice Field is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinical and mandatory education requirements and for meeting the established standards of their profession as well as those accountable for his/her practice, assigned duties/patient care, and is an advocate for patients/families and their profession.
