The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist designs and manages evidence-based therapeutic plans for oncology patients in an ambulatory setting. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care, medication monitoring, and patient education.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited institution and possess a Commonwealth of Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license. A PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience is required, with PGY-2 in Oncology preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with experience or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Degree required.
