Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility while monitoring and recording vital signs. Maintain a clean and safe environment while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required for this role. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff promptly. Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas, following infection control standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Adhere strictly to healthcare policies and regulations to promote patient safety. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work under pressure. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Understanding of infection control practices and safety protocols.
