The State Tested Nurse Aide provides hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs. They are also responsible for documenting resident information, facilitating meal service, and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid State Tested Nurse Aide license or CNA certificate. A compassionate attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
