• Provide attentive and compassionate nursing care during the 2
• PM to 10:30 PM shift. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Document patient care activities and observations clearly and thoroughly. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a supportive care environment. Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living as needed. Follow infection control policies and maintain a safe, clean workplace. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Previous nursing experience preferred but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates! Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members alike.
