The provider will manage acute and chronic conditions for patients in substance use disorder treatment and initiate medications for opioid use disorder. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide real-time care and support during withdrawal management and residential treatment.
Candidates must hold a valid Oregon license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Naturopathic Doctor with appropriate board certification. Applicants are required to have current BLS certification, full prescriptive authority with a DEA number, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Location: 16th & Burnside Recovery Center
On-call shifts can vary by day of the week. Shift durations are generally 4 hours. Must be able to commit to taking on 2 shifts a month.
*Hourly compensation is based off professional experience, licensure/certifications/education, and internal equity.
