The therapist is responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling services, including group, individual, and family sessions for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues. They also manage patient documentation, treatment planning, and the coordination of discharge and after-care processes.
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling and possess a current clinical license. Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is required, along with CPR and Crisis Prevention Training.
