Outpatient Group Therapist, Behavioral Health

The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, for patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse issues. This role also requires active involvement in patient documentation, treatment planning, and discharge/transition/after-care planning processes.

Applicants must possess a Master's degree in social work or counseling along with relevant state licensure to qualify for this position. Additional requirements include prior experience treating psychiatric and chemical dependency patients, current clinical licensure, and obtaining CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days of employment.
