The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients using a standards-based framework. This includes coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing home health aides, and managing patient teaching needs.
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited nursing program (minimum ADN) and a valid New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. Required certifications include BLS, with ACLS, NRP, or PALS depending on the specific unit assignment.
