The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients. They must also manage discharge planning and revise established plans of care under physician supervision.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and all required national board certifications are mandatory.
