Salary

Deliver a full range of nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and daily physical and emotional assessments. Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards.
Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current state licensure and strong communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, and proficiency with PointClickCare is preferred.
