Lead daily clinical flow by coordinating with providers and triaging urgent patient requests. Support the maternal health journey by managing new OB patient intake and communicating lab results to patients.
Requires a valid Texas Registered Nurse license and BLS certification. A nursing diploma or a bachelor's degree with specific enrollment in an Alternate Entry MSN program is required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the daily clinical flow by proactively coordinating with providers to resolve outstanding items, ensuring every patient visit is seamless and focused. Prioritize urgent patient needs by triaging portal requests and time-sensitive cases to ensure rapid, high-quality interventions when they matter most. Empower patients through clear communication by delivering lab results and answering clinical questions promptly, providing the clarity and peace of mind they deserve. Champion the maternal health journey by organizing the daily intake of new OB patients, ensuring our newest parents feel supported from their very first appointment.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
What additional preferences we're seeking RN with 1 year experience Triage experience and OB experience preferred (mother/baby & L&D)
