Deliver direct patient care and administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within an inpatient rehab setting. Monitor patient conditions, document care activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge readiness.
Must have a current Pennsylvania License as a Practical/Vocational Nurse and CPR/BCLS certification. IV certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months, and medical/surgical experience in acute care is preferred.

We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
How you'll contribute
The Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital plays an essential role within a collaborative and patient-centered environment. As a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, we specialize in helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic trauma, and other complex conditions. Our interdisciplinary team approach, combined with modern facilities and a dedication to quality, allows us to provide exceptional rehabilitative care that transforms lives.
