The Respiratory Therapist delivers routine and emergent respiratory therapy, responds to codes, and assesses patient conditions. They are also responsible for maintaining respiratory equipment, managing medical gas supplies, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must be a Certified Respiratory Care Therapist with a valid Arkansas Board of Respiratory Care license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required within specific timeframes following hire.
