The APRN manages the care of complex acutely ill patients through assessments, diagnostic interpretation, and the development of treatment plans. They serve as a clinical team leader to manage deteriorating patients and coordinate care to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requires a Master's degree, Nurse Practitioner National Certification, and at least 3 years of relevant RN experience, specifically in Physiatry. Must hold valid BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses, and comply with Florida state licensure requirements.
