Responsible for completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and managing the interdisciplinary care planning process. Ensures all processes comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with two years of professional nursing experience in long-term or geriatric care. One to three years of experience in MDS completion is preferred.
