A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree preferred. Candidates should have one year of experience working with homeless or special needs populations and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

The Residential/Program Aide assists with the client's basic needs. Individuals will work in conjunction with the social services team to monitor and provide appropriate basic services to individual clients.
