Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients while establishing personalized plans of care. Responsible for maintaining documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries across various centers.
Must possess a valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
