Provide speech therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in a skilled nursing environment. Create and implement programming for cognition, dietary needs, dysphagia, and functional maintenance.
Candidates must possess a valid Texas SLP License. The role requires the ability to work within a dedicated in-house therapy team.
