Salary
$18 - $21 / HOUR
Provide assistance with activities of daily living and restorative care to ensure the health and safety of PACE participants. Monitor health status and provide care services within both home environments and the Day Center.
Must hold an unencumbered CNA certification in North Carolina and a high school diploma. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living and restorative/supportive care necessary to ensure the physical and health safety of the home environment. Assists in monitoring and reporting the health status and providing a safe environment for the PACE participants of Senior Community Care of North Carolina. As assigned, works shifts in the SCCNC Day Center and provides care and services to participants and assists with the provision of a safe and effective day program
