• Department/Unit Summary Responsible for managing patient care activities, including reviewing clinical information, communicating results, coordinating follow-up care, and providing education on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle considerations.
• Collaborates closely with providers to support safe, effective care delivery while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Assists with clinic operations, patient communication, and care coordination, participates in quality improvement efforts, and performs additional duties as assigned.
• This position is located at the Sunview Campus.

• Professional development and growth opportunities Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of nursing experience required. Prior experience preforming withdrawls preferred.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
