Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care within a minimally invasive surgery center. Provide safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and 1-2 years of nursing experience specifically in an OR setting. BLS is required, and ACLS/PALS must be obtained upon hire, with a BSN required within 5 years.
