• Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Behavioral Health Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) you will help provide quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to a diverse range of patients.
• Everyday you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a supportive, recovery-focused environment.
• To be successful in this role, you must be patient centered and interested in helping in the success of the CHI St.
• Alexius Partial Hospital Program.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various modalities. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless care. Champion evidence-based practices and professional growth. $15,000 Eligible Sign On Bonus! Job Requirements Required: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field Current LMHP licensure in North Dakota (PLMHP/PLSCW or LMSW/LAPC) Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, DSM criteria, and treatment planning Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Preferred: Bonus: 2+ years of experience in mental health/addiction recovery
