Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients with physical or psychosocial disabilities. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid license in Ohio or the Multi State Compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Education Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Evaluation and treatment skills necessary to provide Physical Therapy appropriate to the developmental and chronological age of patients on caseload (Required proficiency) Professional initiative, objectivity, good time management and interpersonal skills.
