Responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment plans. The role involves directing PCA activity and synthesizing patient information while adhering to clinical standards.
Requires a graduate degree from an RN school of nursing with a current CA RN license and BLS-HCP certification. ACLS, NRP, or PALS certifications are required depending on the specific unit assignment.
