The coordinator manages the patient access and enrollment process for specialized cardiac programs, acting as the link between providers and clinical teams. They are responsible for reviewing insurance benefits, calculating patient financial responsibilities, and ensuring all prerequisites for program participation are met.
Candidates must hold a current and valid LPN license in New York State and possess strong knowledge of insurance guidelines. Proficiency in EMR systems and previous professional experience in cardiology is preferred.
Capital Cardiology Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Cardiac Program Access Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is the operational link ensuring seamless patient entry into our specialized cardiac programs. You will manage the entire patient access and enrollment process, bridging the gap between providers, clinical teams, scheduling, and the revenue cycle to eliminate financial barriers and delays in care.
Responsibilities: include but not limited to:
• The pay range is set between $28.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
