The Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the operating room by managing sterile instruments and equipment. They also assist the surgical team by tracking supply counts and maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
Candidates must hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, with BLS certification preferred. Applicants should possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
