The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines. Responsibilities include documenting progress in medical records and collaborating with families and staff to achieve therapy goals.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered and licensed in Ohio. Experience with NetHealth and PCC is considered a plus, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
